About Us

Kentucky Vulcan Riders is a chapter of the Vulcan Riders Association (VRA) which has chapters world wide. Our sole purpose is to promote responsible motorcycling activities for our members by conducting chapter activities and encouraging the participation of it's members in these activities while foremost maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere for the group.

The Kentucky Vulcan Riders chapter was officially formed in October of 2009. Our group is a non-profit organization and is classified as a Riding Club (RC). Our members are a wide variety of people from all walks of life. We are all equal in our love of motorcycles and motorcycle riding. With all ranges of experience, from the very beginner to the most experienced.

Although our group was created for Vulcan enthusiasts, we openly welcome riders of all makes and models of motorcycles. Regardless of 2 wheels or 3, come and ride. Experienced or not, we are willing to come ride with you at your comfort level. Remember it's about the ride.

What do we do best? What else - we ride! The Kentucky Vulcan Riders has our local chapter meeting on the first Wednesday of each month. We have planned rides the first and third Saturdays of each month. However, we often have impromptu rides on alternative weekends. We may very possibly have several rides going on any given weekend. Any ride suggested is considered fun, exciting and most of all it provides Wind Therapy.
